Terms of Service

Effective from the date of publication.

The service

Subscribers Empire provides Subscribers Empire, a service for creating and publishing link pages. You must be at least 18 to use it.

Your account and content

You’re responsible for your account and for what you publish. You confirm that you have the right to use your content, and that everyone appearing on your page and in what you link to is at least 18 and has consented. Your content must follow our Content Policy.

The free plan and ads

Accounts without a paid plan show a labeled sponsored card below the links, along with a reference to the service. You can only remove them by upgrading.

Payment and cancellation

Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period. Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Takedowns and suspension

We may take down pages and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, without refunding the current period if the violation is serious. If you think we’ve made a mistake, contact us via the contact details in your dashboard.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We don’t promise that it’s always available, or any particular result from using it, such as a number of clicks or that your account on another platform won’t be restricted.

Changes

We may change these terms. We’ll let you know about significant changes by email in advance.
